Start with an infrared sauna session to ease muscle tensions. Heat is known to relax the body and help with sleep so this is a great way to begin your day. Once cosy in a robe, spend some time in our relaxation room. Then indulge in our Silent Night treatment.
The ultimate relaxation for anyone who struggles to sleep, those who feel stressed or struggle to relax. The ritual begins with the comfort zone Tranquillity pro Sleep massage. This innovative body treatment leads to a profound state of relaxation. A full body massage like no other, this gentle massage uses a light touch to stimulate the senses. The synergy of a unique blend of essential oils, the bespoke Tranquillity Sound which has been created to induce a deep rest and a balanced, regenerated mind, Ayurvedic and Indonesian Sea Malay massage techniques combined with the use of soft brushes, gently guide the way to achieve a quiet and peaceful mind and body state, favouring sleep. End with a choice of an Indian head massage or our Dead Sea Mud scalp and hair treatment. A Dead Sea Mud mask is put onto the hair to nourish and revitalise. A scalp massage follows to allow you to float away and relax. Then while the mask continues to work its magic, a face massage followed by a chest, neck and shoulder massage to ease tension using the Tranquility oil, designed to help you sleep. End the treatment with a warm shower to rinse off the hair mask. (45 mins)

Our signature facial starts with a hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage. The warmth of the stones relaxes the muscles and clears the mind whilst your therapist works to ease the muscle tension. Moving on to the face, you can float away whilst we choose products perfect for your skin concerns and address your skins specifc needs combined with a hot stone face massage and a scalp massage.
